Step 1

Call or Contact

This initial phone call typically takes 20-30 minutes. Please be prepared to share:

• Your contact information
• Your child’s information
• Brief medical history including information on the child’s autism diagnosis, school or other provider information, and funding information

If you do not reach us via phone please leave a voicemail, or complete our contact form and a member of our intake team will be in touch with you.

Step 2

Complete Application

Complete the enrollment packet in entirety within 30 calendar days of the initial intake phone call. This helps us get to know your child as well as request authorization for services.

Along with this packet, copies of the child’s previous/current evaluations and services are required. Once the enrollment application is complete, the intake team will communicate with you regarding which documents are needed.

The intake team can also send releases of information to collect documents if you do not have copies.

Step 3

Submit Application

Provide the information to us. You can drop off the packet, mail, call or email.

Step 4

Review & Acceptance

The intake team review your information, conduct a benefit check, and contact you if anything is missing or incomplete. Once documents are reviewed and funding is established, your child will be placed on the waitlist until we have a potential opening.

Please Note: This is an enrollment application and does not guarantee placement at Babbz World. Additionally, we do not have personnel that are qualified to work with children that have any additional major medical conditions such as blindness, uncontrolled seizures, severe cognitive or motor impairment, significant hearing loss, or extremely aggressive behaviors. Occasionally, we do accept children with additional diagnoses if it is possible to work closely with other professionals that can address your child’s additional needs.
