Babbz World Case Management team partners with families at our Sanant Nagar, Sgr location to connect children with mental health diagnoses and their families, with the providers and services they need.
Parents know their children best. Case Managers know the community providers and services. The Mental Health Targeted Case Management team Babbz World with parents to support and improve the day-to-day mental health and development of each child. By working together, we hope to be a life-changing experience for both the child and the family unit.

Parent & Caregiver Support
This program is specifically designed to support the needs of all aged children and families of all cultures and values. The goal is to support families in navigating different systems and connect families to service providers who can provide different types of treatments and community supports.
Your case manager will provide support for you and your child to ensure your child's needs are being met. You will meet with your case manager in person monthly with regular communication to keep everyone updated.
Individuals, ages 0-21, living in INDIA Country with a qualifying mental health diagnosis are eligible.
Babbz World Case Management will assist you and your child in receiving the necessary assessments by a mental health professional.
Your case manager will accommodate your schedule and can meet with you and your child in the morning before work/school or in the evenings.
Babbz World Case Management will go to you. There are no requirements to meet in the office at any time. Your case manager will always be available to meet at your home or out in the community.
Referrals can come from anyone in your child's life: Parents/Caregivers/Guardians/Family Members Teachers/School Administrators Mental Health Provider's Social Workers Pediatrician/Family Physician Religious Leaders
